The phenomenon of time delays of long-period variations of the millimeter emission of near-sunspot and intersunspot radio sources with respect to variations of the magnetic field strength of nearby photospheric sunspots was studied. The physical interpretation of this phenomenon within a novel concept of the magnetic structure of a sunspot (the model of three magnetic fluxes) is provided.
