Abstract
This paper presents the findings of educational pilots for highly educated immigrants to strengthen their entrepreneurial competencies. The training is conducted online. The findings revealed that the participants especially needed skills to handle situations, ways to build a strong network and development of cognitive competencies in terms of how to start a business.
