The book provides an overview of the Finnish civil procedure. beginning with the organization of the courts, the bar and legal aid, it gives an account on how the proceedings are conducted in Finnish courts. The reform of law of evidence of 2015 is included. Also enforcement and insolvency procedings are explained shortly.
