I'm studying the ichneumonid species of the Ugandan rainforest, and how they compare to the Amazonian species. This involves processing a vast insect material I collected in Uganda 2014 - 2015, describing the innumerable new species, describing their ecology.. and eventually comparing to earlier work done in Amazonia.
My long term interest is to not only describe, but also explain, how species are distributed on our planet. Given that half the species in my Ugandan samples have never been seen before, this may take some time.
