Research
In general, I am interested in decision making and organizational cognition. My dissertation “Heuristics and biases in organizing” (2019) aimed to create a conceptual vocabulary that improves scholars’ possibilities to examine the relation between heuristics and biases and organizational routines. In addition to heuristics and biases, I have studied how business simulations lead to changes in students’ mental models.
