Mental health nursing science, evidence-based mental health practice, violence prevention and management, nurses’ work environment and wellbeing, statistical research
I’m working as Doctoral Candidate in
Doctoral Programme of Nursing Science in the University of Turku (DPNurs,
2016-2018). In addition to my doctoral research, I teach master students at the Department of Nursing Science and supervise masters- and bachelors' thesis. Previously I have
worked as a research assistant and coordinator in mental health research
projects at the Department of Nursing Science, University of Turku. Also, I
have clinical experience as a registered nurse from both out- and inpatient
care in adult psychiatry.
Nurses individual, relationship and work environment factors exposing them to patient aggression.
