Svecofennian Orogen, U-Pb age dating, geochemistry, structural geology, tectonics
1991 MSc at Åbo Akademi University
2002 PhD at the University of Turku
2007 Docent (adjunct professor) at the University of Turku
The main focus is the crustal evolution of the Svecofennian Orogen using multidisciplinary research methods: field geology, geochemistry, isotope geology and mineralogy. One project models gold deposits in the Häme Belt, SW Finland. .
