Research
I work as a university lecturer in the field of psyhology at the Department of Psychology and Speech-Language Pathology of University of Turku. In my research, I examine sleep among older employees. In my PhD thesis, I examined changes in sleep during the transition to retirement.
Teaching
I teach quantitative research methods and statitsics as well as sleep-related topics to students of psychology and speech-language pathology.
