Biography
Research
Most of my research has involved digital mindfulness-based interventions and self-compassion. I also study mentalizing and social justice attitudes among other topics.
Teaching
Currently teaching intervention evaluation for INVEST graduate students, and occasionally psychology of mindfulness for psychology majors. Previously taught statistics for psychology majors.
