Member of the Amazon Research Group of the University of Turku and coordinator of the Amazon Tree Diversity Network (ATDN).
Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences (UFPA - 2018) awarded 'with honors', including a sandwich period at Naturalis Biodiversity Center (Leiden, Netherlands); Master in Local Development and Management (UFPA - 2012) and Bachelor in Data Processing (CESUPA - 2005). Winner of the 2019 CAPES Thesis Award in Environmental Sciences.
I am an environmental and data scientist interested in understanding how species diversity and distribution respond to global change.
Docent at the Federal Rural University of Amazonia (UFRA), Biological Sciences Program - Tropical Botany; and at Centro Universitário do Pará (CESUPA), Computer Science Program.
