Biografia

I am an interdisciplinary postdoctoral researcher at the Faculty of Law, with a background in philosophy, gender studies, and law. My current work brings together relational theories—such as epistemologies of the South, new materialism, and posthumanism—to study and create practices that offer solutions to complex social challenges. I earned my PhD in Laws from the University of Turku, an Erasmus Mundus Master’s in Gender and Women's Studies (GEMMA) from the University of Granada and Utrecht University, and a BA in Philosophy from the Metropolitan Autonomous University. My have done research visits to La Trobe Law School (La Trobe University), the Emerging Technologies Research Lab (Monash University), Finnish Institute in Germany, the Center for Transdisciplinary Gender Studies (Humboldt University), Louis D. Brandeis School (Louisville University), and the ITAM Law School (Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology). I am co-founder of the independent project Feminizidmap, a database on femi(ni)cides in Germany.

I am especially interested in mentoring researchers working on critical, complex, and interdisciplinary topics across the Humanities, Social Sciences, and Law.
