Biography
Research
Väitöskirjassani tutkin liikemittarein mitatun paikallaanolon muutoksia eläköidyttäessä ja aktiivisuusintervention jälkeen.
Väitöksen jälkeisellä tutkimusurallani työni on keskittynyt vuorokauden aikaisen fyysisen aktiivisuuden, paikallaanolon ja unen yhtäaikaisiin muutoksiin elämäntapahtumien yhteydessä ja näiden terveysyhteyksiin.
Työskentelen seuraavien käynnissä olevien tutkimushankkeiden parissa:
- Vuorokauden aktiivisuuskäyttäytyminen ja kardiometabolinen terveys, MOCA study
- Elinympäristön vaikutus vuorokauden aktiivisuuskäyttäytymiseen, E-MOVE study
- Etätyön vaikutus fyysiseen aktiivisuuskäyttäytymiseen, WORKDAY study
