Dr Lauri Lepistö, University Lecturer in accounting and finance at Turku School of Economics (Pori unit), received his doctoral degree in 2015. Prior to joining Turku School of Economics, he has held academic positions at university of Tampere.
Lauri Lepistö's research interests centre on management accounting, and "new" technologies in accounting and organisations. Currently, Lauri is involved in research projects on data analytics, performance measurement as well as public sector accounting. His research has been published in the Qualitative Research in Accounting and Management, Journal of Accounting and Organizational Change, Journal of Management Control, Baltic Journal of Management, Nordic Journal of Business, and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management.
Currently Lauri guides master's and bachelor's theses as well as teaches accounting and corporate finance.
