Biography



Tanja Lepistö works as a project researcher in Turku School of
Economics, Pori Unit and holds a master’s degree in marketing. She is also a
PhD student in marketing and the special focus of the research is on building a
framework of expertise and its development through networks in professional services
(management consulting, coaching and business development). Tanja Lepistö has previously
worked in health care sector as a nurse in elderly care and rehabilitation.



Research



The research and development areas of interest include professional
services, value co-creation, expertise development, collaboration in b-to-b
networks and supporting business and knowledge management development in micro
and small firms.



Teaching



Tanja Lepistö teaches as a quest lecturer in various courses, especially
in marketing. Through the teaching the idea is to bring students and listeners
insights from various research and development projects, with both concrete
examples from the field and also research results and discussion.
