I currently work as a research coordinator at Western Finland Cancer Centre FICAN West to support communication and interaction among the various units and experts within the research network. As a research coordinator, my role includes coordination and project management tasks in various translational research projects. I serve as the coordinator for the local Proexmet study and the National Expansion project of the iCAN flagship program focused on molecular profiling. Additionally, I work as a project manager for the regional iCAN-West biobank research project. Alongside these responsibilities, I am also in charge of collecting and reporting the data related to cancer research for FICAN West and Tyks Cancer Center, contributing to the Cancer Center's annual report and supporting OECI accreditation.
