In general, I am interested in organizational cognition. My dissertation in progress “Heuristics and biases in organizing” aims to create a conceptual vocabulary that improves scholars’ possibilities to examine the relation between heuristics and biases and organizational routines. In addition to my dissertation, I have studied how participation in a business simulation course leads to changes in students’ mental models.
