Biography
I hold a doctoral degree in management and organization and work as a Senior Researcher at the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku. Currently I work for the Collaborative Colleagueship – WORK2 -research project (2018-2019) funded by the Finnish Work Environment Fund. Previously I worked as Postdoctoral Researcher at the Turku School of Economics.

Research

My research interests focus on working life issues such as colleagueship, shared servant leadership, human resource management, human aspects of work automatization and work counseling. Currently I work for the following research projects: Collaborative colleagueship – WORK2, Shared servant leadership and its influence on organizational citizenship behavior, HRM process and emergent factors in the construction of organizational climate consensus and Dialectics between the experienced and measured working: Striving towards effectiveness with automatization. My research has been published in journals such as Career Development International, Leadership and Organization Development Journal and Social Responsibility Journal. I have received Outstanding Paper Award at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence 2012.



Teaching

I teach basic and advanced level courses on human resource management, leadership and interaction, and quantitative research methods. I have supervised theses in bachelor, master and doctoral levels. Currently my theses supervision focuses on eMBA level.
