Biography


I’m happy, easily excited multidisciplinary multiplayer!

My background is in Computer Science and Social Policy and I have graduated as Master of Social Sciences from the University of Turku. Right now, I’m a PhD Candidate at the Department of Future Technologies and my dissertation will focus on the elements of the labour shortage in Finnish software industry, and women software communities as one actor to ease the labour shortage. I’m working full time in services for startups team at the business development center Turku Science Park Ltd.

Research

My research interests include, e.g., labour shortage and human resource debt in the field of software industry, the war of talents and the war for talents in software business, and the impact and the best practices of women software communities.
